KHRS always provides a clear start-up process, tailored to your individual needs and wishes when you as a private company or public institution choose to outsource your cleaning activities.


The start-up process is important to ensure continuous quality in the cleaning work. Once the contract is signed, KHRS will enter into a close dialogue with the client’s FM department. An initial meeting will be arranged to review the contractual arrangements as set out in the signed framework agreement. At the meeting all parties involved will be introduced at management level from KHRS. Ongoing meetings will be agreed between the partners prior to the start of the contract.

At the meetings the following will be reviewed:

  • A thorough inspection of all sites concerned.

  • Review of alarm, key and security systems

  • Review of all related plans and gazetteers to ensure that KHRS has an accurate data set.

  • Discussion and possible planning of main cleaning and purchase of options/purchase services

  • Planning of service visits during the contract period and follow-up meetings

  • Expectations of cooperation and contractual relations
