Projektet kom til verden i 2008 i samarbejde med Københavns Kommune, og har eksisteret i 4 år. Projektet var en opkvalificerings- og indslusningsindsats målrettet de svageste ledige målgrupper med ringe eller ikke eksisterende faglige kvalifikationer og langvarig ledighed.
