Following KHRS’s visit from the Nordic Expert Group in early November 2021, the Nordic Welfare Centre, under the Nordic Council of Ministers, has published a piece about what KHRS is doing specifically to integrate immigrant women into the Danish labor market.

The article is intended as a source of inspiration and is a summary of good practice. The methods used in the initiatives involve tailoring educational programs to the individual, taking into account illiteracy or other challenges in a learning context that make it difficult for the target group to integrate into the labor market.

In our communication, we will emphasize our positive experiences and success stories to create a realistic and positive image of social responsibility.
The article also describes how KHRS seeks to inspire other stakeholders within the fields of integration and employment by participating in business networks and conferences, or by hosting inspiration meetings with interested parties.

Demonstrating social responsibility is therefore not only about making a difference in society, but also about sharing positive experiences to serve as inspiration for other companies.
It should be no secret that showing social responsibility requires extra effort and resources, but such an effort benefits not only the company and the national economy, but also significantly benefits the individual who moves from long-term unemployment into a regular job.
