The meeting focused on upskilling the work competencies of KHRS employees, and KHRS had invited four staff members to share their individual upskilling journeys through KHRS. All four employees had in common that they had very limited work experience when they started. Additionally, each had undergone a carefully tailored upskilling program designed according to their individual learning starting points and their respective job functions.

Furthermore, three of the employees faced language challenges in both Danish and English when they began at KHRS. It was therefore a great personal achievement for the KHRS employees to share their stories with Anna Mee Allerslev and Morten Østergaard today. Anna Mee Allerslev had previously participated in a seminar at KHRS and immediately recognized Meskelay Ghebrehariet. As the photo illustrates, it was a joyful reunion, and Meskelay happily shared how he has since developed competencies in occupational health and safety, teamwork, and employee management since their first meeting.
