Over the next month, we have the pleasure of welcoming three interns from the German employment agency. They are Maximilian Fabian, Colin Henke, and Jonas Bondiek, all of whom are currently studying at the German university Hochschule der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, which specializes in labor market sciences—specifically for those aiming to work in public employment services.

Max, Colin, and Jonas are here to gain deeper insight into the Danish system and to find inspiration for how to support individuals with an integration background. In the short time they have been with us, they have already proven to be highly dedicated, motivated, and capable. During their internship at KHRS, they are helping to refine German-language content for E-asylearn, participating in meetings with German stakeholders, and producing videos for new training materials.

Today, they are visiting Herlev Jobcenter to learn more about how the public system handles individuals with complex support needs.

We warmly welcome all three and look forward to getting to know them better over the coming month.
