In 2022, we participated in an initiative-packed matchmaking day between companies – like ours – that want to take social responsibility, and candidates with a strong desire to get closer to the job market.

We matched with two candidates who share our vision of a more inclusive labor market and improved employment opportunities for vulnerable individuals.
Both candidates will begin a program with us starting the following week.

We’re excited to welcome them and to see their skills in action as we work together to strengthen our business visibility in the digital landscape.

Another day, another opportunity to help unemployed Copenhageners return to the labor market 💪

As part of the Online Marketing Supporter program, we’ve today matched companies with vulnerable unemployed individuals who have a strong desire to get closer to employment.

During the program, participants receive training so they can support companies with digital activities. In return, companies give participants a foot in the door by first offering internships, with the potential for future employment.

We spoke with Camilla, Project Manager at KHRS, about how the day went for her:

“We’re here today because we know there are people out there with tremendous potential. It’s easy to be stigmatized as unemployed, but our experience is that the candidates are highly motivated, and we’ve found several that we can work with.”
